Since opening in 1968 with just sixteen students and two staff, Marymount has been shaped by faith, courage and a deep commitment to community. From the vision of Fr Frank Shine and the founding leadership of the Missionary Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, our College has grown into a place of lifelong and life-giving learning. Our motto, Deus Meus et Omnia - My God and My All - expresses the heart of our Franciscan and Marian spiritualities, and calls us to place God at the centre of our lives, allowing faith, hope and love to shape all that we do.
At the heart of Marymount are the Gospel values of respect, care, inclusivity, forgiveness, faith, hope and love.
