Marymount College is pleased to offer students in Years 7 - 12 access the instrumental music program. The College engages working professional musicians and teachers who tailor learning to individual needs and interests.

Tuition

Programs include Voice, Piano and Keyboard, Guitar, Woodwind, Brass, Percussion, and theory. Examinations offered: A.M.E.B. (Classical, Contemporary & Theory), Guild, Trinity College Rock School, Trinity College for Voice.

Please note, existing students need not fill out an enrolment form for private tuition.

Please note, students must re-enrol for ensembles at the commencement of each year.​

Bursaries (College students only)

The bursary recognises student's prior musical achievements and experiences, exemplary attitudes, and demonstration to be an active contributor to the College’s Music Department. Successful applicants will be awarded either a full or half bursary at the discretion of the College.
  • The Full Bursary covers the cost of private lesson tuition on one instrument for the remainder of the current year. 
  • The Half Bursary covers half of the cost of private lesson tuition on one instrument for the remainder of the current year.
  • Bursaries are active for the current year only. Previous applicants need to reapply each year.
