A Marymount College education begins with a simple, supportive process designed to welcome your family into our community with clarity and care. From your first enquiry to your child’s first day, we walk alongside you every step of the way.
1. Submit Your Application
Applications for Year 7 open in January of the year your child begins Year 5.
Families can complete the Online Enrolment Application and upload or email the required documents.
Required documents:
- Birth Certificate or passport
- Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
- Latest school report
- Latest NAPLAN results
- Medical or learning reports (if applicable)
- Legal documentation (if applicable)
A non‑refundable application fee is payable at the time of submission.
2. Enrolment Interview
Once your application is received, our team will invite you to an enrolment interview with a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
For students requiring additional support, we offer a Supported Enrolment Process, involving the Principal, Support Teacher Inclusive Education and relevant specialists. This ensures we understand your child’s needs and can plan for a successful transition.

3. Offer of Enrolment
Following the interview, families will receive an enrolment offer via email.
To secure your child’s place, simply return the Confirmation of Enrolment forms by the requested date.
For students entering Year 7, families are invited to:
- Parent Information Evening (October)
- Student Orientation Day
These experiences help students feel confident, prepared, and excited for the journey ahead.
4. Commencing at Marymount College
Your child officially begins their Marymount College journey on Day 1 of the school year.
From here, they are supported to grow in faith, learning, confidence, and character.
5. Completion of Enrolment
At the conclusion of your child’s time at Marymount College, families return:
- College laptop
- Textbooks
- Any outstanding fees or charges
This final step completes the enrolment cycle as your child graduates or transitions beyond the College.

- Enter Payer First and Last Name and Contact Number
- Enter Student First and Last Name
- Click on Mastercard or VIsa
- Enter credit card details and click Proceed
- Email a receipt to your email address
- Forward a copy of receipt to enrolment@marymount.qld.edu.au
