We were excited to launch our first Mystery Box Cooking Challenge at our recent Open Day.

Teams were given a theme e.g. Breakfast on the Go! and had one hour to research, create & serve their dishes. We had lots of spectators come through to share in the excitement and ask the cooks questions. The student teams thoroughly enjoyed challenging their teachers with lots of friendly banter. Judging was hard as the creativity and quality of the dishes were exceptional - and teams enjoyed receiving lots of positive feedback.

Congratulations to all involved, and special thanks to Mrs Diane Madden & Ms Jenny Lems for setting up all the food.
